We will honor this pledge before or after you submit a quote request, up until deposit payment is made. You may submit a price match request by simply sending us an e-mail and we will respond to your e-mail with a price that is equal or better! Almost 100% of the time we are able to beat a price by a minimum of $10.00 per person! Who can you beat? If you find a vacation package from another travel provider (excluding an auction site) at a lower price, The Vacation Consultant will match or beat the same package and price upon verification. What do I need? The complete details (airline, flights numbers & times, room categories, etc.) of the quote, and the competitor’s name. Wherever possible a written quote will expedite the verification. How long will it take? As travel prices can change from one day to the next, all price matching must be done on the same day. Therefore, in order to assure that we have time to verify and match your price, you must submit it to us by Noon PST. Once we match or beat your price, you must be ready to submit the required payment by 3pm PST on that same day or the price match will become invalid.
