Online Payments with your Credit Card

Effective March 15, 2008, our agency now processes all online transactions with
Paypal. If you would like to submit a payment online, please send me an e-mail with
the subject heading "Online Payment Request". I will then send you an e-mail
invoice that will allow process your payment directly.

Please note that there is a transaction fee assessed for online payments. Please see a
basic transaction fee table below. Your invoice amount will already include these fees.

*You do not have to be a member of paypal to make your payment.

Schedule of fees:
$100.00 payment: $3.50
$200.00 payment: $6.50
$300.00 payment: $9.00
$400.00 payment: $12.00
$500.00 payment: $15.50

In order to keep the fees below $15.00 per transaction, we will only provide an online
invoice up to the amount of $500.00 unless other arrangements have been made.

MAKING YOUR VACATION PAYMENTS...

Credit Card Payment by Fax Authorization

This form of credit payment requires no additional fees.
Just open the credit authorization form to the left (don't forget a photocopy of your
driver's license and credit card). Then fax it to our secure and password protected
fax at 818-488-5162. We will do the rest and e-mail you a receipt.

Payment by Personal/Cashiers Check or Money Order

You don't want to use your credit card? That's fine too. Just send us a check for the
required amount to the address below. Please make all checks out to "Elena Mathis
dba The Vacation Consultant". All checks are deposited on the Saturday after receipt
into a Client Trust Account monitored by the State of CA and owned by US Bank.
Please note that there is a $40.00 charge for returned checks.

If you are sending a check for your final payment, please send it 10 days prior to
the due date to allow for deposit and clearance.
