domain of The 3 Vallées. Nestled at the foot of the ski slopes and combining sport
activities, après-ski and a festive atmosphere for all who come for a visit.
This Club Med Village is perfectly located; ski in, ski out. No wasted time getting to
and from the action. Skiing around the resort favours both advanced intermediate
skiers and boarders with the easier runs lower down and the challenge rising with the
altitude. If you're a powder hound, Val Thorens will be close to heaven in more ways
that one - it offers the most beautiful and challenging off-piste in the Trois Vallées.
Snowboarders are as popular with Val Thorens as the resort, in fact, the resort does
its best to draw boarders in from around the world. New to boarders will appreciate
the resort's wide pistes and the fact that it has fewer button lifts than other Trois
Vallées resorts. There is also a big snowpark - 500 metres of boardercross, a half-
pipe, high jumps, table tops, fun boxes, rails and more.
After a day on the slopes, you can let the Turkish bath or sauna take the strain and
revive those hard-working limbs before dropping into the bar or maybe a playing
game of pool. Either way you're sure to have an appetite and dinner is not to be
missed. The bars and restaurants cater for every palate for breakfast, lunch and
dinner. This Chalet Village offers an open-bar, during the day and the evening,
where guests can also enjoy a complete range sweet and savoury snacks. It’s a
pleasure to get together afterwards with some new friends and indulge in crêpes and
