The Body Holiday offers casual buffet-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a
choice of indoor, air-conditioned or outdoor terrace dining. Buffets offer a wide and healthy
variety of choices - including show cooking stations. International a la carte dining venues
are available for lunch and dinner. An outdoor beach bar offers snacks throughout the day
along with waiter service on the beach with your favorite beverages. Live shows and special
theme nights are presented nightly, and there is a weekly Caribbean buffet. The piano bar
in The Clubhouse remains open until the last guest wanders off to bed.
Days can be very full and active or as relaxed and mellow as you desire. In addition to a
picturesque white-sand beach and three beautiful pools, resort activities include fencing,
volleyball, bicycle tours and walking tours. Take advantage of classes in nutrition,
meditation, yoga, shiatsu, tai chi, pilates, naturopathic and anti-aging stress relief or check
out the Reebok aqua-trainer. Guests receive preferred rates and transportation to
neighboring 18-hole golf course. A variety of water sports is available on the beach and at
